If you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund with the following considerations:
- Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.
- Product was not marked as Final Sale.
- Products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags attached to be accepted for returns/exchanges (unless it is a manufacturer defect).
- In this case please contact Customer Service .
- Do not use the original shoe box as the package for shipping.
- Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.
- A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside.
- Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.
- You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.
Your refund will be issued when the package is received by our returns department. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of the package to have funds processed back to your account.

Returns can be processed via mail ONLY.
Refunds will be returned to you by the method of payment you chose for the original order and can only be applied to the same credit card. All refunds are subject to quality assurance by Jimmy Jazz upon receiving. If the quality check process determines that the return product was falsely claimed to be defective, damaged, or not as described, the return label fee will be reinstated and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Jimmy Jazz reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not qualify and/or does not include all return information requested in JimmyJazz.com’s return policy. We will send the product back stating the reason for the denied return at your shipping/handling expense. There are no exceptions to this policy
